Write the fault code down
Most boilers display one. It narrows the fault down before we set off and often tells us what part to bring. Photograph the display if it is easier.

24/7 emergency
No heating, no hot water, a boiler locked out or leaking. Answered at any hour by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
Do not use this website, a light switch, a doorbell or a mobile phone indoors. Open the doors and windows, turn the gas off at the meter if you can reach it safely, get everyone outside, and ring the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 — free, 24 hours a day.
Ring them first. Ring us second, on 0113 490 0490, and we will pick up the repair once the supply has been made safe.
Before we arrive
None of this is a repair, but it either buys time or tells us what we are coming to.

If it is reading zero or near it, that alone explains a lockout. Tell us the number when you ring. Do not keep topping it up over and over if it will not hold.
Water inside the casing and electrics do not belong together. Switch it off at the fused spur, catch what you can, and leave it for us.
24 hours a day, seven days a week across Leeds. Tell us the fault code and we will often know what to bring.
What we get called to
We’ll ring straight back. If you can smell gas, ring 0800 111 999 first — not this form.

Perfect professional service when my boiler was working fitted a new one the next day great price
Used again to get my bathroom fitted
Very clean and tidy reliable and very hardworking will use again
Had a great experience and would 100% recommend! We had a leak in our washer and a previous leak under the bathroom sink. The team was able to address both issues and also caught a small leak in our washer hose that could have caused problems later. You can tell they put a lot of honesty and care into their work. We’ve had our fair share of bad plumber experiences, but with them, we really appreciated how we were shown the root of each problem and kept informed throughout. They also made sure to test everything multiple times to ensure the issues were fully resolved.
Amazing service from this company today. Was in desperate need of rescuing and they came out super quickly to solve the issue. They were extremely polite, clean and couldn’t have been more helpful. Highly recommended 🙏

FAQs
In the middle of winter with young children, an elderly relative or anybody unwell in the house, yes, and we treat it that way. In mild weather with hot water still working it usually keeps until morning and costs you less. Ring either way and we will tell you honestly which yours is.
Once is fine. Repeatedly is not. A lockout is a safety device doing its job, and overriding it again and again without knowing why it tripped is how a small fault becomes an expensive one. Tell us the code when you ring.
Usually, using the filling loop, and most boiler manuals show how. If it drops again within days you have a leak somewhere, or a failed expansion vessel, and topping it up repeatedly just keeps adding fresh oxygenated water to the system, which accelerates corrosion. Worth getting looked at.
Turn the boiler off and, if you can, isolate the water to it. Put something underneath to catch it. Then ring us. Water inside a boiler casing means electrics and water in the same box, which is not something to leave running.
You get the price before any work starts, whatever the hour. Nobody gets handed an invented figure at four in the morning because they are cold and desperate.
Sometimes the honest answer is that a part is needed that nobody carries. In that case we make the installation safe, tell you exactly what it needs, and give you a date rather than leaving it open. If you are without heat we will talk through temporary options.
